Manish is a passionate HR professional having experience of 16 years in the HR domain. In his overall experience, Manish has been instrumental in Talent Acquisition, Business HR Partnering, Employee Engagement, HR Transformation Projects, Change Management, Hire to Retire Shared Services Service Delivery Operations, and HR Projects Management. Manage leadership & managerial positions in Consulting, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Shared Services centers. Manish is a certified recruitment analyst, certified behavioral & soft skill trainer. He is a visiting guest lecturer & motivational speaker for various campuses & forums. A core member & volunteer of NHRD Pune Chapter, CHRD Pune Chapter, HRConenct Pune Chapter, HR Federation of India (HRFI), The Training Camp (TTC) & various other groups/forums. Manish is also a Hindi Poet knew as “Shayad Awadhi” & composed more than 300+ Shayari, Gazal, Poetry. His poetry was published on e-Abhivyakti. In his leisure time, he prefers to compose a poem, play musical instruments, and singing.
