How Does It Work?
  1. Complete the mentor registration form
  2. A Program Manager will schedule an onboarding call for a briefing.
  3. Upon confirmation, you would be able to create a mentor profile and design programs.
  4. Receive mentee requests and schedule sessions
Can mentors set their own fees for sessions?
Yes, mentors have the flexibility to set the program fee. However, we would work with the mentors to make the fee consistent across the platform.
What types of sessions can mentors offer?
Mentors can offer one-on-one mentoring, group sessions, workshops, and even long-term development programs. Please speak to your 13x Advisor for more details.
Is there a maximum or minimum number of mentees a mentor can have?
There is no fixed limit on the number of mentees a mentor can accept. However, mentors are advised to manage their commitments to ensure quality mentorship.
What should a mentor do if they need to cancel or reschedule a session?
If a mentor needs to cancel or reschedule, they should notify the 13x Advisor as early as possible. The advisor will assist in coordinating a new meeting time with the mentee.
What support does 13x offer to mentors in managing their sessions?
13x provides each mentor with an advisor who assists in scheduling, session setup, and addressing any issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth mentoring experience for both mentors and mentees.
Can mentors market their sessions outside of the 13x platform?
Yes, mentors are encouraged to market their services and programs to attract more mentees. However, all bookings should be made through the 13x platform to ensure compliance with platform policies.
