Your Role:
- Develop, strategise, and manage social media content and performance marketing content (channels: Instagram for organic social and Meta for paid). Deep dive into the category to understand new launches, product revamps, promotions, and offers and develop communication for the same (copy, video ideas, and briefs, influencer strategy, etc.).
- Build on our quirky, humorous, relatable voice on Instagram and come up with content ideas across different formats (recipes, new products, promotions, trending videos, etc.).
- Execute the curation and publishing strategy across influencer, brand, and original content on the brand platforms.
- Manage and work with key stakeholders (Social Media Manager, Brand Manager, Video and Design Teams) to execute on creative collaterals - writing briefs and copy, giving feedback, and working with the design team to ensure overall creative consistency and on-point messaging across brand channels.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years hands-on experience in developing content (e.g., content strategy for a brand's YouTube channel or Instagram, coming up with relevant ideas, taking them into creative production).
- Creative thinker who can churn out interesting content ideas for the brand. Food enthusiast with a keen interest in Asian food or food generally.
- Keen user of social media platforms - understands and can develop trendy content, shareable reels, moment marketing, meme humor, etc.
- Team player - preferably has managed or worked with creative teams. Knows how to develop and give briefs, supervise creative production. This is a strategy role, but the person will work closely with the creative team for execution.
- Comfortable with basic qualitative & quantitative reporting.
