This webinar is mainly designed to give the Company's Perspective on return to work. The session provides insights on what does it take to return to work and the necessary skills and practices to be developed. It is followed by a Q&A forum where attendees get their queries resolved.

About the Speaker

Jayada Pandit
Completed her Bachelors of Engineering from Pune university with high distinction and went on to complete her masters with top honors, in ‘Electronics and Entrepreneurial Management’ from ENST (Ecole Nationale Superieure de Telecommunication), a top notch Ivy League university in France. She holds a rich experience of 20 years across industries, domains and geographies and held crucial roles at ITU, International Telecommunication Union in Geneva, Switzerland and Thomson Multimedia, France, before joining her family business of battery manufacturing equipment, Shingania Batteries in Pune. The company that has developed unique technology and holds patents as well with her involvement. Later, she joined KPIT Technologies in 2004 and has worked in USA, as well as India in various capacities managing clients within the Automotive and Information Technology line of businesses, strategic initiatives & Business Development in her now 18 years of association with the company.
Forbes magazine recently acknowledged her contribution in solutioning the low-cost versatile KPIT ventilator along with her team, as a contribution to help humanity fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jayada is the founder of UrPursuit, a social cause curated 8 years back, to create part-time job opportunities as well as to mentor young candidates and talented women within diverse fields towards achieving a great work-life balance.
Her passion for Diversity and Inclusion specially focused on encouraging numbers in STEM as well as women in technology led to her initiating the Women in Mobility initiative at KPIT Technologies. The initiative brings together leaders from the mobility field across the globe to voice changes needed on an individual level, company level and society level to achieve the elusive balance of diversity & inclusion within the world of mobility.
Today, she is based in Pune, continues to contribute in different capacities across her roles, while also raising her two kids.

Re:START is an initiative taken up by Vaave to help women Alumni get back to work after a career break by partnering with institutions to make sure it reaches every women alumni who is actively seeking for job.
