About the Speakers

Mr. Amol Gadre currently working as Head-Operations at L&T MBDA Missile Systems Limited is an alumnus from DBATU, having a B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering in the year 1997. With an experience of 23+ years at L&T, he is now heading the state of the art factory for precision electromechanical integration and testing for defence sub systems for foreign OEMs. He has rich experience in leading tooling, precision machining operations along with program management for various customers in the defence sector.

Mr. Rajendra Shinde currently working as Director Solutions for Energy Utility and Chemical sector- Capgemini is an alumnus from DBATU, having a B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering in the year 1998. He is an oil and gas professional with over two decade plus experience in petrochemicals, refinery and Upstream industry in Digital transformation, Digital Product development & project delivery, BI and Big data analytics, Business solutions, Business consulting, Presales and client engagement. Functional expertise spans across Operations, Maintenance & Reliability, Assets, HSE & Supply Chain and have conceptualized and delivered digital solutions across these areas. Engaged with different customers across globe. Over 15 years of strong experience in Plant operations and technical services, process engineering, plant simulation & optimization, precommissioning & commissioning of petrochemical plants & refinery units.

Mr. Rajesh Tengshe currently working as Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services is an alumnus from DBATU, having a B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering in the year 1998. With an experience of about 19 years in TCS, he is now responsible for Business Proposals with IT Simplification and Transformation Solutions in IT Service Management Areas for Banking and Financial Institutions across different geographic locations mainly North America.

Placement Guidance Program

PGP is a uniquely designed program launched to help students ready for placements 2022. It gives a better understanding of Areas of Improvement with personalized feedback and Connects with the actual job role. Every session is followed by a Q&A session where students are encouraged to ask their queries and doubts freely.
