About the Speaker

Rohit Thakur is an Alumnus from Sanjivani Group of Institutions, batch of 2012 in Computer Engineering. He is currently working as QA Automation Specialist at Shopee in Singapore. He has expertise in e-commerce and telecommunication domain and deep understanding of system architecture and functioning, Automation Testing, Web based Testing, Accessibility Testing, and Device Testing. He is experienced in working in agile process model and Waterfall model for Software Engineering with good understanding of SDLC. He possess good knowledge of Selenium WebDriver for automation of Web based applications. With a work experience of Cucumber framework for developing Behaviour Driven automation testing, he has knowledge of using code and build control and integration tools like Jenkins, SVN, Maven, ANT etc.
Experience - Framework Development and Maintenance, Products like CRM, OMS, MCSS, Billing and is involved in system integration Testing, UAT, Regression testing, functional testing, development of test cases, and executing test cases.

Placement Guidance Program

PGP is a uniquely designed program launched to help students ready for placements 2022. It gives a better understanding of Areas of Improvement with personalized feedback and Connects with the actual job role. Every session is followed by a Q&A session where students are encouraged to ask their queries and doubts freely.
