About the speaker -

Indrani Chakraborty

With 20 years of experience in setting up people engagement systems that sustain scale and complexity across multiple sectors in India, Indrani specialises in preparing organizations for the VUCA world. She is a Sociology Honours graduate from Presidency College, Calcutta (1995-1998) and an alumni of IISWBM MBA (batch of 1998 – 2000). She started her career with Pantaloon Retail in Bombay, followed by a decade with the Tatas in Bombay and Calcutta and the last seven years with the Hospitals division of CK Birla Group, where as CHRO, she was responsible for transforming a legacy personnel function into an agile and digitally enabled HR function.
