Prior to HAL, he has worked as Chief Consultant in SAP domain and as Senior Consultant has helped nearly 30 companies in India and overseas in the areas of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ERP, Industrial Engineering, Production and Operations Management.

He is passionate about converting theoretical concepts to business solutions. He has coauthored a book titled "Applied Six Sigma with Aerospace Case Studies"
